Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Bradford-on-Avon is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Bradford-on-Avon and the surrounding area. All weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued or approved by a registered prescriber. By submitting a consultation, you authorise our clinical team to review your information and determine suitability.
Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist or prescriber may contact you for additional information before a decision is made. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
It is a criminal offence to provide false or misleading information in order to obtain prescription medication.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. If your prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We cannot guarantee delivery times affected by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather or courier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and appropriately store your medication.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, and you will receive a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for safety and regulatory reasons, except where the medication is defective or incorrectly supplied.
To cancel an order, please contact us promptly by email or telephone. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical care. We provide weight management support and prescription services for suitable patients; we do not diagnose or treat underlying medical conditions. If you experience a medical emergency, call 999. For non-urgent health concerns, please contact your GP or NHS 111.
You accept that weight loss results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from failure to follow prescribed instructions or from information you have withheld.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For data requests, please contact us using the details on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
